Utilizing precision molds and high-tonnage presses, carbide powder is formed via isostatic pressing to ensure uniform density and precise dimensions of the green compact.
Sintering is conducted at high temperatures in specialized vacuum/low-pressure furnaces. The advanced equipment ensures full densification and the development of an optimal cermet microstructure.
The final product exhibits high hardness, exceptional wear resistance, excellent flexural strength, and good toughness, meeting the demands of the most challenging applications.
